Dear Colleagues,

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Internal Medicine Update organized by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and the Gulf Chapter of the American College of Physicians.

The conference will convene over three days where delegates are exposed to the advanced recent developments in internal medicine and medical subspecialties. An outstanding regional and national faculty has been assembled to share advances in their field of expertise. Topics will be centered on multidisciplinary approaches within Internal Medicine such as Primary Care, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Infectious diseases, Rheumatology and Immunology.

The conference venue is Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a world- class multispecialty hospital with state-of-the-art technology and amenities in modern healthcare. The key note lectures are presented in the auditorium of the hospital and supplemented by parallel meet-the-expert interactive workshops and clinical simulation sessions integrating relevant clinical cases, pathology, and imaging studies.
